Photographic essay on social work with children and juveniles

More than a year long I visited youth centers and day-care-facilities in the German town of Moers. This gallery includes pictures of sport and game playing, but also photos of an anti-violence-training, a breakddance-contest, a turkish folklore dance group, and concerts of the alternative music scene.  In times were youth is merely seen in the context of problems, I want to focus on the feelings of children and adolescnts. This project was made possible by a grant of the Verwertungsgesellschaft Bild-Kunst and is published in various exhibitions.
