Refugees in Ceuta
The Spanish exclave of Ceuta on the tip of North Africa has been a popular hideout for African refugees for a couple of years, most of them swim to the city from Morocco. Only one person has managed to overcome the barbed wire fence in the last years. Although part of the European Community, refugees in Ceuta are caught in a trap: Nobody makes it from here to the Spanish mainland, many of them have been living in the huge refugee shelter for years now.
